Return Policy
We make every effort to bring customers healthy plants. All plants are inspected for any signs of disease or pests before being shipped to customers. All sales of our products, including plants and supplies, are FINAL. No returns, exchange or refund is accepted once products are sold. There is no warranty implied or otherwise for the items sold.
However, we understand that sometimes plants can be delicate in transit due to their nature. If there are issues regarding plant quality, please contact us at orders@springfieldorchids.com within 24 hours upon receiving your order, and ensure to send us photos for verification. We will work with you to revive the plants. In most cases, a good drink of water and a few days out of the box is all they need to recover. Should recovery be unsuccessful, we will replace the plant(s). Please be advised that it's at our sole discretion to determine the eligibility for a replacement plant. If a replacement plant is to be shipped, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend that you reserve the replacement plant for your next order to save shipping costs. When a replacement plant is not available, store credit will be issued to you. There are no refunds on plants as they are perishable items.
Due to the uniqueness of each product (plant) for sale, there's no guarantee that you will get the same plant as shown in our website photos. Plants described as being in spike or bloom are in such stages when they are listed for sale on our website. In general, we do not hold/reserve plants for customers. When an order is held for inclement weather, we cannot guarantee its bud/bloom stage at the time of shipment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that have not yet been processed, picked up, shipped or delivered can be cancelled in part or whole with monies received returned to the original method of payment minus a 5% restocking/processing fee from the total amount collected.
Right to Refuse Service
Our business reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is impolite, rude and disrespectful to our staff.
