Shipping policy

Local Pick-up & Free Local Delivery: 

Local Pick-up is available at Market Crossing, Burnaby. FREE Local delivery (25km radius) for orders of $200 or more before tax. When you are placing the order online, select ‘pick-up’ at the checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We’ll then schedule a time with you once your order is ready.

 

Canada-Wide Shipping:

We ship Canada-wide.

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We usually ship on Monday/Tuesday to avoid delays. Your plants will be packed discreetly with recyclable wrapping materials. 

All plants are shipped in plastic cups/pots via Canada Post Expedited Parcel services (2-6 business days). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

Please be advised that if you want to add additional items to an existing order, a flat $10 (plus tax) processing fee will be charged per additional order for combined shipping. (Add-on orders must be placed under the same account by the same individual and shipped to the same address)

Unfortunately, we do not have control over delays once packages are picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather and backlogs of the carrier.

Winter Shipping:

In case of inclement weather, we will hold your plants and ship when weather permits. Your plants will be reserved and taken good care of before we send them for shipping. Wait time for winter shipping could be approximately 2-8 weeks. 

We recommend adding a heat pack to your order if your local temperatures drop below 10 C/ 50 F to avoid possible cold damage to your plants. For purchases of $129 and more, a complimentary heat pack is added into your package.
