Paph. micranthum var. eburneum
Native to Southwestern China and northwestern Vietnam at elevations of 360 to 1600 meters, where it grows on cliffs and in crevices which contain leaf litter, limestone, and clay. It's commonly known as the silver slipper orchid or hard-leaved pocket orchid.

Humidity: 60 to 80%.
Water abundantly in the growing seasons, and slightly dry between waterings. Reduce watering in winter but do not let it dry out completely.
Needs a bit of cool rest ( 40 °F to 60 °F) to produce flowers.
